Details

• Routine TRADLINX server maintenance and system updates

Service Impact

• All services (Tradlinx, Ocean Visibility) will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
• API requests will not be processed.
• The status of shipments currently tracked in Ocean Visibility will not be affected.
• Any tracking updates that occur during the maintenance period will be updated sequentially after the maintenance is completed.

We will carry out the maintenance safely and as quickly as possible.
